Who we are
We're a crawl space crew based right here in Halifax. Not a national franchise running a call centre from another province, and not a general contractor squeezing crawl space work in between other jobs. This is what we do, all day, so we know it cold.
We started this because we kept seeing the same thing: homeowners with musty air, cold floors, or mold under the house, getting band-aid fixes that ignored the real problem, a damp, unsealed crawl space. Seal it properly once and those problems go away at the source.
What we believe
Fix the cause, not the symptom. A dehumidifier upstairs or paint over a stain isn't a repair, it's a delay. We deal with the moisture under the house, seal the space, and keep it dry, so the musty smell, the cold floors, and the mold don't come back. And we tell you straight what your home needs and what it doesn't.
